I've dealt with CWH for about 15 years and the reason I stay with them is because of the great service, reasonable prices ... and they're CANADIAN! Eh?

I want to say you guys are doing a pretty good job. I've done web development recently (for someone else) with BlueHost and their ultra-integrated control panel and aggressive server-side caching makes development with them pretty frustrating. With CWH, I have no trouble updating my blogs or website live, instantly. Your cPanel interface is good and logical, and far superior to BlueHost.

This gives her the advantage of fully understanding my problem and then she responds with exactly the right answers that I'm hoping to hear.

Florence diligently called me a week later when the domain transfer was complete. Her pro-activeness puts me at ease knowing that she's taking care of my problem.
