Tier 1 covers essential support including 24/7 monitoring, managed reboots, OS security patches, server hardening, and app troubleshooting. Tier 2 includes everything in Tier 1 plus KernelCare rebootless updates, full server management, managed backups (100GB) with restores, Web Application Firewall (WAF), advanced DDoS protection, and continuous malware scanning.
The Multiserver plan includes everything in Tier 2 for up to 5 servers at a 20% discount off the regular rate. It covers Cloud, VPS, and Dedicated server types, and includes latency and security troubleshooting plus server and resource optimization.
