Upon receiving the request the team will automatically enroll you and your protection will begin immediately. Note, typically the first scan will take up to 1 hour.
Not at all. Whether your site is clean or infected, we can enroll you immediately including the process to begin removing any existing malware right away. During this time, our support teams will also verify if backups are available to ensure that your data is protected.
Typically, cleanups can be completed in 4 to 8 hours, however depending on the severity the time can be shorter or longer. We recognize that every website, server environment, infrastructure and malware issue are unique. Cleanups are completed by a malware removal professional, not automated. We will keep you notified regularly with status updates.
There is no one-time cleanup option available through our service. However, if needed our support teams can provide malware removal for a single instance at a cost of $75.00/hr.

No, there are no limitations whatsoever. You can have 10 pages or 1,000 pages in your site and there are no page count limits. When you add Malware Monitoring and Removal to your plan, you will receive 12 months coverage with no hidden costs.
When enrolling your site, each enrollment includes one distinct website and its corresponding files. If you have subdirectories or multiple sites running under a "single URL", those websites would need to be signed up individually.
We recognize that not every solution is 100%. If your site becomes re-infected, our Tier 3 support engineers will provide additional review of your code and verify permissions, software versions or other potential areas that may have caused the infection. In doing so, our team will work with you directly to ensure that these key areas have been updated and to remove any high-risk areas. As long as you are an active customer in the service, we can repeat the malware removal service as often as required.
